Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges:

• We do not accept returns for opened or used products.

• Refunds may only be issued if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, order number).

Exceptions:
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
